Can we grow 300 Bushel per acre corn crops in Ontario? What do we need to accomplish this?

Do you think we have the potential to grow 300 Bushel/ac yielding corn crops in Ontario.

What are you opinions and thoughts on what is holding us back.

@OntAg Soil testing would be a main concern for me. Also knowing how much fertilizer to apply, what stages, and what kind, play key roles.
