Event Description
The honey bee and beekeeping has been a popular subject in the agriculture community. Hugh Simpson, a commercial beekeeper in Grey County, will present the basic information about getting started in beekeeping. He will provide his "top 10 list" of things to know for the new beekeeper. He'll present information about equipment, basic beekeeping, and honey production, as well as provide lots of time for discussion and questions on the subject. We hope you'll join us!
