DESCRIPTION:Each year we hear of a number of traffic incidents involvi
 ng farm equipment.  This course, facilitated by Brian Welsh of MTO, a
 nd Constable James Hunter, will provide an overview of the key require
 ments for farm vehicles (tractors, combines, towed implements) driven 
 on the roadway. The Rules of the Road will also be discussed in detail
