DESCRIPTION:Registration begins at 8:00am, and the proceedings will be
  followed by a social at 6:00pm at Artisanale.  The convention is ope
 n to the public.      Built around a theme of Who Has the Power?,
  the convention will feature three panels on the impact on farmers of 
 urban and energy developments, international trade, and the importance
  of bees in agriculture.  Speakers include environmental lawyer John 
 Goudy, a University of Guelph research team headed by Dr. Harry Cummin
