DESCRIPTION:The Speak Up team concept was developed more than 15 years
  ago and has now expanded across the country with courses given to far
 mers and others working in agriculture in every province. The training
  gives participants the ability to tell their stories, in an easy-to-u
 nderstand and compelling manner. This could be of use in media intervi
 ews, in farm tours, at council meetings, to service club members, to s
 chool groups and more.\r\nIn this workshop, you’ll learn who your av
 erage Canadian is, how much they know or don’t know about food and f
 arming and how to tell your farm story to a non-farming audience.Regis
