We currently have 2 acres of Bosce, Anju, Bartlet and Blush Rose pears and 2 acres of Pirelli, Bosce and Anju pears. We are asking rent $500 per 2 acres yearly. Must care for land and we have tractors and sprayers which can be utilized for a minimal fee. All profit goes to you. Cool room available for rent for those interested.

We also currently have 10 acres of Concord Grapes for $1600 rent yearly. Must keep land tidy, and cared for.
