Probably an Allis Chalmers WC or our WD rowcrop with a loader!! The WD with loader spent a fair bit of time laying on its side because it was so unstable as a loader tractor with its narrow front wheels. It was a level-surface only tractor! No favorite memories - I hated both of those tractors, crank start and all. Real wrist busters . . .

Favorite early tractor was our 950 David Brown w/ Freeman loader as it seemed like a tank compared to the old Allis'! Couldn't burn a tank of fuel in even a long day .
Thanks John:
I guess I had a little better experience with the first tractor I got to drive.
We had a little white Ford tractor - I think it was early sixties vintage....it was very easy to drive and dependable.
I think my dad had it running into the late nineties for little odd jobs.

Take care,

Joe
