This is second step of making Tofu!
After grinding the soy beans, they boil in a large vat before being strained of the bean hull. The 3rd step is transferring the tofu from one vat to the next, where it is coagulated with a natural ingredient, and then compacted and shaped for sale at the Halifax market!
