The network for agriculture in Ontario, Canada

Prepping for my first official gig working with ontag.farms.com!
Today I'll have the amazing opportunity to sit down with Gwen Paddock, Gwen is the National Manager of Agriculture and Agribusiness for RBC. Having done a fair bit of research over the last couple of days, I'm particularly excited to talk to Gwen about women in ag, and how the transition is happening from women being at home in the farmhouse or working off the farm, to getting their boots dirty in the field, and managing the finances/human resources/succession management of their farm business.

The role of women in agriculture and agribusiness is changing, women are leaders, people are noticing and we have a lot to celebrate and learn from each other.
