Harvest Halton - A Farm to Chef Experience at Country Heritage Park is an opportunity to tantalize your taste buds and sample unique dishes created by award winning chefs from Halton Region's renowned restaurants. Each chef will be paired with local farmers who will provide signature ingredients fresh from the harvest. Harvest Halton provides guests with an opportunity to satisfy their thirst and increase their knowledge of microbreweries with beverages from Halton’s craft breweries and famous fruit winery (non-alcoholic options also available).
