The network for agriculture in Ontario, Canada

hi there, I am just starting up my own food for my family from the farm operation. I have pigs, chickens, turkeys, a steer and lambs and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good abattoir. I have called a few and they seem somewhat unprofessional, not all care for my humane concerns, others have large waiting lists or are too far from me, can anyone recommend an ethical professional abattoir dealing with the animals I raise  thank you
