Letters about MicroFIT Solar projects

I am interested in learning more about the Letters that many people have received regaring their MicroFIT projects - I understand that there are 2 versions of the letter - one that says your project will NOT be able to connect and another that says your project can't connect at THIS TIME...... has anyone received these... what are people doing about them
