We are looking for 5 acres wasteland,we need to lease for 20years, we will pay landlord $5000.00/year. 

I am sales representative of Abundant Solar Energy Inc.,our company rent land to build Solar Power Station,this project supported by FIT Program of Ontario Power Authority. we can rent land anywhere in Ontario,but the land must meet some criterion: 

1.There is high power line within 1 kilometer around the land. 
2.No trees on the land or few removeable trees. 
3.Soil class should be 4-7 and Zoning code should be rural.
