Canada Linamar Corporation is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Remscheid and Penzberg facilities of Winning BLW. Perseus Operating Group (“Perseus”) of Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) announced that it has completed the purchase of IronHQ, a quoting, inventory management, and CRM solution serving the agriculture and construction equipment dealership market.
