Event Description

Join to learn about Farm Management Canada's new National Farm Leadership Program designed for busy farmers and ag professionals who want to improve their personal and professional effectiveness.

Few of us consider our own leadership as a competitive advantage. However, research shows that leadership impacts every dimension of performance, including the well-being of the leader and those they work with. Canada already has some of the best farm managers in the world; increasing our leadership effectiveness is the next step to stay on top.

Kelly will highlight the benefits of focusing on leader effectiveness and unique program features that help farmers identify the critical development areas that will have the greatest impact on their personal and professional lives and help build the capacity to achieve more of what matters.

Kelly Dobson is a certified executive coach, fourth-generation farmer and Chief Leadership Officer for LeaderShift Inc.
