Event Description

Please join AgScape for 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled over 3 days. The theme this year is Making Authentic Connections Across Ontario.

A virtual event on May 4th will feature Dr. Mike Dorrington, Advisor at Ontario Genomics  as a keynote speaker. Speaking specifically to his experiences in connecting genomics with agriculture and food, he will emphasize the importance of these cross-sectoral connections and making meaningful impacts with students. Following a keynote speaker will be a panel of educators who will share about the value of  building agriculture and food literate citizens. On May 11, an AGM Business Meeting will offer a time to reflect on the past impacts and partnerships.

New this year, we're hosting an in-person closing celebration on May 13 at the University of Guelph Arboretum Auditorium that will include the opportunity for mingling, formal remarks, activities, cocktails, appetizers and prizes you won't want to miss! Please note proof of full vaccination is required by the venue.
