Event Description

Plan to attend a 1-day workshop featuring the latest precision dairy technologies.  This workshop is intended for dairy farmers considering acquiring a new technology or to get more out of an existing technology.  The workshop will feature producer’s experiences and information on emerging and soon to be released technologies.  A range of technologies will be presented by dairy farmers and experts addressing in-line milk testing, on-farm use of activity monitoring data, real-time NIR analysis of feeds, assessing costs and benefits of a new technology, optimizing robotic calf feeders, automated body condition scoring, latest in environmental controls, role of your veterinarian at your advisory table, a producer’s perspective on Herd Navigator, and the Cow Manager technology.  

This Workshop has been designed to promote questions and discussion so attendance is limited and pre-registration is necessary at a cost of $20, lunch included.
