Event Description

Family Dynamics on the Farm

Module 5: Family Dynamics on the Farm

Why can’t we all just get along? When two people are in a room together there will be conflict, eventually. The potential for disagreements increases when multiple generations and family members work together. How can we have a successful family unit and a successful business? Learners at the module will value the impact of multiple generations and family members working together and identify strategies to use this diversity to their advantage.

This session will be delivered by Jen Denys of The Right Path Consulting Group

Cost: $20 for OPIC Members per Session

$50 for Non-Members per Session
