Blade Farming:  Learn how an English value chain set the benchmark for success in the beef industry.  The Value Chain Management Centre is pleased to present this complimentary half-day workshop.

 

Established in 1999 to supply beef to the retail and foodservice sectors, Blade Farming set a benchmark for beef producers and other members of the value chain working together to better manage financial risk and reduce costs more effectively than when operating independently.
