What are you doing about interest rates and what are the banks saying?

I have been watching the news and it looks like interest rates might be going to rise to slow inflation? What is everyone doing on long term debt...locking in?
What have the banks been saying and are they being good to deal with right now...just looking at our crop financials for last year and with the prices and decent yields we are going to have a good year so they should be easier to deal with...

Just wondering what everyone else is hearing out there.

i have 50% of my debt load locked for 5 yrs just did this in the last month the other 50 % i have floating thinking of doing some 1 yr or 2 yr lockins no question rates will rise in 2010 but i dont think we,ll see much more then 1 point increase through the year
Thanks Duane:

What rate did you get on the 5 years and with what bank if you don't mind me asking....
I was reading that China was starting to raise rates to slow inflation...the US owes them so much money that I think even though the US economy is weak it could lead to higher rates...every point increase is a real increase in our interest expenses...
