Grain Growers of Canada deliver ‘Speech from the Combine’

In advance of the federal Speech from the Throne, which will be delivered later this week, the Grain Growers of Canada (GGC) has released its own “Speech from the Combine,” a video asking for government support for Canada’s grain industry in order to drive the post pandemic recovery.

National allocation for A-167 was set at +0.5% above the adjusted base at the Chicken Farmers of Canada (CFC) meeting on September 21, 2020.

2021 Grains Innovation Fund now Accepting Applications

Grain Farmers of Ontario, the province‘s largest commodity organization, representing Ontario‘s 28,000 barley, corn, oat, soybean, and wheat farmers has opened applications for the Grains Innovation Fund, which supports retail and industry projects that develop novel value-added uses or promote new markets for Ontario grains.
