Are you interested in starting a small scale organic market garden operation, or are you interested in organic vegetable gardening for personal use? If so, please join Amy and Patrick Kitchen from Sideroad Farm to learn about the ins and outs of organic market gardening.  They will cover: site selection; soil types; fertilizing and taking care of soil; crop selection and planning; crop rotation; pest management; irrigation; equipment and tools; direct marketing; and start-up costs.
