Al Scholz, Quote" go to your banker or board of directors for help" ? Why would you got to a bank for help when the put you in the situation of debt in the first place. Board of directors, who's that your wife and kids? I can tell you now, there are no achievers only survivors. As for been stubborn if the farm is owned out right, the risk, to try untested methods or to seek advice from bank managers. I would be stubborn.
