AgVisionTV: How do you measure the performance of your farming operation? What do you measure and keep your eye on?

I asked this question to the Top Managers team and here is what they said.

I think most operations have some performance measurements.

We all seem to watch our crop yields.

Almost everyone knows how the operation did financially - Income statement.

I am sure there are other measurements that could help improve performance.

We watch cost of production...which is partly tied to yields.

Also watch selling prices which helps lock in a profit.
