Event Description

Introduction to Fermentation. Facilitator: Martha Rogers, Master Food Preserver, Cornell University Extension 

This course will provide an overview of the landscape of fermentation, its long history and health benefits. We will scan fermentation as it relates to vegetables, drinks, breads, vinegars, dairy products and more. The class will include a demonstration of small-batch Kimchi making in the home kitchen.
