Event Description

Facilitators: Dave Bilyea, Ridgetown College Problematic weeds are present in Ontario but often go undetected. More weeds are on their way here. The intent of this workshop is to inform and create awareness of their potential impact on agriculture in Ontario. Attendee’s specific weed issues will be addressed. This course will be led by Dave Bilyea, Weed Management-Horticulture, University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus. Dave will be bringing live specimens for this course. Time: 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm Cost: $10 per person, OR attend both the morning session about Pests and this course about Weeds, with a hot lunch for $25.00 per person
