Our communities have been engaged in debate and discourse over the issue of industrial wind turbines for over 3 years. People in our communities have very passionate views and this issue has put a serious strain on our small rural communities. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) announced an update on its Penitentiary Farm Program, which runs at Joyceville and Collins Bay Institutions in Kingston, Ontario.
